My snowforce one style helmet is getting a little worn out. Anyone have any reccomendations for a new one?

I prefer the moto-cross style helmet with a set of Scott turboflow goggles with a quick stap system. This set-up has no fogging and feels less restricted than a closed face helmet. That just my 2 cents.

The modular is nice if you wear glasses. That tinted pull down sun visor is cool too. Wish the heated shield for it was a bit cheaper as I have bought an entire helmet for less that what they want for the heated visor.

Do it old school like my old man does on his 84 Phazer, OPEN FACE with no shield riding behind a SRX,VIPER, and RX1.LOL This is no BS either, he hates helmets that cover his face dont ask me why cause I dont have a clue. TOPGUNNSRX will vouch for this one. But I prefer motocross helmet cause thats what I'm used to wearing and if its a warmer day out you can take your face mask off and let some fresh air in.

I'm on the modular list too. I had one two years ago and then upgraded to the bombardier modular for last year. It's very nice. No fogging issues and I went from a modular with heated shield to the bomb modular with no problems.
Are the Mod helmets snell approved yet? I would not wear one just for this reason.

As far as I know, mod helmets will never be snell approved, UNLESS they can get them to pass the frontal impact tests without implosion. I met a guy last year at the bar who's face was ALL F'd up. Hit a stump (hidden) and went face first into his handles bars and the helmet collapsed. Not my idea of safety. Convenient? yes, but questionable safety.
Now your talking!!! Don't forget the one piece snow suit with nice red piping on it and a yellow scarf..

Yes but our's were red white & blue with the stars.
I'd be willing to try the mx style if I could find a great set of goggles and got contacts or lasic.

Bischof - I think I found you a deal on Manziers and Bro's! I understand the Bro's give a little more lift for better cleavage.

This is why I'm opposed to the modulars also - I have one that I quit wearing after seeing a kid go face first on the ice that was wearing one - was not pretty - I like the Moto X or Full Face style myself - I guess I like my face too much!
