Looking for 1 viper grip to go over my 45/90 hook. I think the viper grip minus the heat elment will work. If some has an extra Scott or similar grip that would do too. Black or blue.
a standard viper/any yamaha grip will not fit over a handlebar hook. Best bet will be to go with an arctic cat or another aftermarket 8" grip.

Just install it and use hockey tape, thats all I did. Couldnt even tell, unless you really looked at it.

How would you take the heating element out of the grip, it is molded right into the grip.
Thanks, I thought it would. I say a pair of Scott grips that if I cut off the end and add to the hook that might work. The AC grip is great looking and I like your sleds grip look. I just don't want to get all new grips, heat elment and wire. I wonder what the inside diameter of the AC grip is? Where can I get one AC grip?
Not sure how to take the heat part out, crunch it inside with a pair of needle nose plyers. I think it might look good since it is the same materail?

That wouldn't be possible... it's molded into the rubber. I purchased two 8" Firecat grips for $14 from an AC dealer.
