radar runs

I've been running on White Water lake in Azilda just outside of Sudbury (really shallow bay)

Yeah there is 5-6" of ice with 1/2" of snow. My belt deflection is a little off, once I adjust that and a little more clutch tweaking it'll rock. Nothing was touching me today. I spanked quite a few Rev's and a couple F7n's. We were running around 1500-1700' .

Hey gates26., We had a great weekend in the Bay. Sunday we got a new class record with a 120.6mph , you missed a fast weekend. To bad winter can't last a couple more weeks. Hope to see you next year. Dan ( 01' SRX 700 stock triple )

Nice run wish I could of been there. But I will definately see you next year. But now I am gonna start setting up the srx for asphalt. So if you know of any skies for sale let me know. Maybe i'll see you at the Elliot Lake or Kirkland Lake drags

There are run's in Elliot Lake and Kirkland Lake, and a few other one's but I don't know where yet.

Everything is always such a far drive! lol. So do you run often or just a few times in the summer? I've been playing with the idea of either getting into the odd asphalt run or grass drag in the off season, although i'm not expecting to do well I think it would be fun to try.

This will be my first season. I a have few friends who run every summer. They say it is quite fair . Cause it is not how fast your sled goes, it's how consistent you can be with your dial in run. You can have a 800 triple going against a phazer. The phazer would take off first afterward the 800 takes off. And if you get a faster time then your dial in time you're D.Q'ed. And it's fairly easy to set-up your sled. If you want you can go with stock cluthing and gearing and still do well.
