Call Bruce @ CB Performance (site sponsor)-they are great for tracks!!!!
Just had a track done on a 97 XTC by CB, great guys, work appears to be top notch, Hard to say what the exact price was becasue I had 2 sleds done w/ tracks, tune ups, shock rebuilds etc.

about $450.00 labor and new track. The track you have is 15x121x.92

I didn't realize that they ran the .92" track on the early XTC's, I thought they had the standard .625" lug.
Thanks alot Bruce!!!! And all!!! I will need it done next fall for sure. I am going to try to get one more year out of it. I have 2 stud pops and it is the original track. Thanks again
I found it. track deflection is 0.98-1.18. IF I went with a 1 inch could I still stud it or would it rub? Thanks

1 inch with studs is fine as long as the protectors are there.
If your a bit mechanically inclined and have the room and tools then a track swap is really not that hard. I did it alone in my garage in about 2 1/2 hours.
