Just did this last night! All the above work well.
If you have a floor jack, it makes it VERY easy to lift the skid into the tunnel. With the transfer rod bolts out the center bolts line right up. Then drop back end to allow you to put TR bolts back in. Once bolts are in raise back end again and lift skid with jack to line up rear holes, it should be dead on or darn close at this point. Align track and tighten up the axel...Your done!
