Sold
I'm sad to say I sold my Phazer II today. I got $1650 Canadian for it. That is what I got it for 2.5 years ago with half of the mileage it has on it now.
I hope I don't regret selling it too much. This sled was nothing but fun and never once gave me a problem in the 2500kms I put on it. My Phazer was in true mint condition.
This Viper better be worth it! I can't wait to get out on it.

when warming up my sled, i rev it up with the throttle with my hand on the choke, as soon as it starts to die i flip the choke for a second, then back on the gas. ive never blown a plug on warm up and the sled is ready in about 45 seconds.

Viper warm up!
These triples seem to like longer warm up periods. I always let mine warm up for about 10 mins too, when really cold. Never had a problem fouling plugs. Only changed them once in 4000 miles. Be sure to check throttle before cold starting though, I always use parking break to be sure.

yeah, but it could be a bit harder on the motor. whatever works for you I guess

Well the sled had over 11000kms on it before i had any problems. and even then it was because of a piston ring locator pin giving out and letting the ring spin.03viperguy said:yeah, but it could be a bit harder on the motor. whatever works for you I guess
