FYI - I have his SLP pipes now and they run great. SLP does not require the head mod, but you can still do it for some extra insurance (I have NOT done it). I do however have a rear exchanger, SRX base gasket and Opti-Cool head gasket. I kept checking head and running board temps on my last trip and I would say they were cooler then when I had stock gaskets and pipe.
I don't have a lot of miles on them yet, so I can't tell you how reliable they are. I drove the crap out of it on my last 240 mile trip and it was solid the whole time.
As for jetting, I'm currently using SLP recommended jetting, but may try and lean out the mid a little. That my next post, lol.
