Those grass drag sleds must be set up well, the stock F-1000's don't impress me. My brother in law has one and we raced up in Eagle River 2 weeks ago. The Cat came in 5th place most of the time behind my Apex, a stock Attack, and 2 SRX's (my 01 with your porting and the black 98 ). This was on a small lake with about 1000ft of throttle with him weighing about 50 pounds more than the rest of the riders. Tom, Rich, Nospro, and Convert where up there too but didn't race. My brother in law is extremely pissed after spending close to 12k on his sled. He's ordering a Y pipe and bullseyes to try to redeme his decision!!mrviper700 said:

I saw one of those F1000 sleds at the grass drags last summer. There is only one thing i can describe it as. TURD. Those SRX sleds seem to be pretty good runners. Buddy has two of them 1999 and 2001. I have beat the 99 with my rev never raced the 01. Has ported motor and kinds of mods. It is one fast SOB.
