Thanks for the positve feedback. I hate to talk bad about other TY members because 99.9% are good honest people. I just had another guy asking me for a stator because someone sold him a bad stator on here. I don't like to stir the pot but man if you knowingly sell a bad electronic part that's just plain thievery as well. If can't test it don't sell it or at least offer a refund.

Mark left me a voicemail that doesn't make sense on Tuesday. He said he is shipping me the reverse kit minus the reverse outer 1/2 along with the stock cover I had sent him as part of this deal. He say's he'll send me the reverse cover as soon as he retrieves his sunken sled.

Now I don't know about you but I can't figure out how he would have the reverse cover on his chaincase without the rest of the reverse components? This all happened after I got his phone number 3 weeks ago from someone in the Easton govt. office and called him to find out what happened to my reverse kit he told me he shipped in early February. I think he was surprised that I was able to track him down and made a lame excuse saying he had shipped it but it came back but it was a good thing because he found some bolts in his toolbox that are part of the kit and promised he would ship it by the end of that week. Well if he had already shipped it and all he needed to do was toss some bolts in the box to reship then why was the reverse cover under water? #$%&* Now if he is telling the truth this time he is sending me only a partial reverse kit. I think it may be time to call the Easton Police Dept.

Get er' done. What a joke. First he poses with this C&C Powersports screen name and he is trying to pull something over and rip ya off. I'd call the police and explain your situation. Oh and make sure they inform the EPA that his sled is in the bottom of the drink with YOUR reverse kit on it!!!!
 
No doubt I would be on the horn with a person from the local police dept.They may have you speak to the prosecutor there.

I once had a guy come look at a tube chassis drag car I had for sale, he was from new york, I am in ohio, he said I will take it, gave me $500 cash and a check for $8800.00 for it, I told him of course I would wait for the check to clear before he could come get the car. Well.... the check wasnt any good. I called the guy back, he said he decided not to buy the car and wanted to know when he could have his deposit back. So I then called the local prosecutor and they followed up on it with his police dept from where he was from. It was all cleared up in 2 days, I got to keep the $500 and the guy was warned from his local prosecutor about passing bad checks and it was my discretion if I wanted to press charges. Like I said before, youd be amazed at how a visit from the police can get the ball rolling. The longer you wait the worse it will get.

I would tell this Mark, either the money is paypaled back within 24hrs with a intrest payment added on or youll follow thru with prosecution for mail fraud.
At this point in time, I wouldnt want the reverse, your not going to get all the parts, it will be junk, or its all been sitting in water for a week anyways.

I think the sled in the lake story is an excuse as to why he hasn't shipped the parts - Oh, it's on the sled that sunk - feel sorry for me.

Just to let everyone know, my sled that is underwater has ONLY the outer cover on it, not the complete kit. Yeah and on the EPA or DEP, its not in a pond or lake its in a water hole, on my friends land, in the middle of the field... And tom i hope you got your parts, they were send priority mail, so no tracking number. Yeah ok so i fu*ked up, i get that, but this was somthing between Tom and I, not:M-MAX,jr_amsoil,shortstop20,yama49601,BBlueSRX,EXPERTXVIPER,DAMAN,w8tn4snow. Yeah M-Max, what are you talking about yahoo for?

mark how old are you? just trying to profile you a little. you are adding pieces to my puzzle, the title of you're message the multiple times you used yeah in you're response helps. go smoke you're lunch again. but first make this right, get that damn sled out of the drink and mail the parts. to all you other ty'ers we are not all like this here in maine. mark there are some other members in you're area maybe they might help you get it out and strip the chancase cover for sniper, just a thought. :o|

Your right it isn't none of business about it. but when fellow tyers start having problems getting stuff that is why all these intelligent guys start helping others who are having the problem. thats why you can trust 99.9% of the people on here. Were not being #$%&* heads were just trying to help sniper get thru all this nonsense. And make sure it doesn't happen to the next guy. #$%&* :o| :o| :homework:
 
Well i'm not 100% sure here, but I helped strip the reverse kit out of the sled last fall before grass drag season, all the parts were there to the reverse kit except for the chain case cover that he put back on. I'm not sure what the cover diffrences are between the one tom sent mark or the one thats on the sled now(under water). I've talked to him and he has sent the kit, I believe he was sending his reverse kit along with the cover that tom sent him, back to tom. He seemed to understand the mess he's in, and seems to realize after takling to him about this that theres no reason or need for it. As far as the reverse kit that you paid for, i'm pretty sure its sent out, check it see what parts are there and get back to us if anythings missing.

First off there MARK I send ALL MY parts through USPS aka Priority Mail everytime I ship a product to someone and you do receive a TRACKING NUMBER, its on the receipt they give you. If its a smaller package you have to ask for it, but large, heavy, and expensive boxes receive a reciept with a tracking # without asking. And second of all I can express MY OPINION about YOU and what should happen to YOU all I want. If its was me I would have called the cops on you after the first month cause there no reason for the sh** your pulling on Tom. Cause when I sell stuff I keep my word that Ill send it in the next day or 2 after the money is recieved, not the 3 months later.

Can someone explain to me why this guys is still a member??? I'm sure if it was me pulling this BS I'd prolly be gone by now.

It has something to do with all of us, we all buy, sell, trade parts here. We don't want the credibility(sp?) of the forum to be hurt or ruined. If we just ignore these things people would think that it's normal. Would you buy off a forum if stuff like this happened all the time and nothing was done about it? We're just making sure he's gets his parts so that it doesn't hurt the forum. Imagine if you were in his shoes.
