The thought did cross my mind about grinding off every second set to give me 96 for penetration. I will start with the 192, and see how it is.
The track is a Camoplast track, but I think they are built by Bombardier.

More progress....
Today we finished the painting. We threw down the custom work for the fire onto the hood. It turned out very nice. My camera is giving me issues, so the colour is all off for some reason.

We also applied all of the blue, and clearcoat. We ended up using atleast 1/2 qt. of clear, which is alot on something as small as a hood. Again, my camera is giving me issues, and the photos are turning out blurry. The pictures really don't do it justice.
Tuesday night we will wetsand it down, and buff the hood.

I finally got my Delta-2 replacement pedals in, so I fixed the reeds that were cracked, installed the spacers and manifolds, and bolted on the carbs. I also installed the MSD coils and wires. The only place I could find to mount the coils is on the front of the fuel tank. I'm not crazy about it, but they are so big that I couldn't put them anywhere else and make it look good.

The hood is finally complete, and mounted. We ran into a few issues with a bubble, so we had to cut out a section and redo it. Thank god it was only in a black area. I'll get some pictures up tomorrow night.

Well, here it is. The hood is finished, and mounted. I still have to make a plate for mounting the Digatron in the factory gauge location, but the big part is done. Pics don't do the hood justice.

My engine builder has high tension reed pedals custom made my carbon tech to fit v-force cages and has had imrovements over the stock v-force pedals. I just switched my cages over but did a ton of other things to the motor, so I don't if they made a difference or not. Just something to think about.

What does he charge for the pedals? It is something to look into if I continue to have issues.
