Thats a ton of blow-by you got on that piston.
Also, The exhaust side is starting to go on its way out from detonation. You can see where it got hot a few times as it does that on the exhaust side. YOu may have other conditions leading to this so check the crank seals and the carbs. Clean carbs and make sure you are jetting properly. Looks like you counght it just in time

Well the motor is back together, just waiting on one more piston and I should be ready to try it. As I was looking through the manual one of the specification outlines an offset for the primary and secondary clutch. The offset measurement is taken between the right most side (facing the engine bay) of the primary clutch and the right most side (facing the engine bay) of secondary clutch. As I look at my secondary clutch I notice that there is a play (the clutch is tighten to the specified torque) of the clutch on the shaft (clutch disk slides about 5mm left or right on the shaft). This clutch play makes it difficult to obtain a specified measurement for the clutch offsets. Can anyone provide any information about this clutch play and how the measurements should be taken? Thank you.
