what should I use for cables in my 86 phazer build so that I can have a bar set up like this here?

also, what size track is this? looks like the 121" or 136"

I would like to know what jetting to use when using V-Max 500/600 Mikuni TM-carbs on the 485 FC Phazer Engine ?
