Where do I start..
Ok I broke a manifold stud in my cyl, drilled it out and broke an easyout off.
.
Gave up on trying to remove it and for fun called Bender Racing to see how much it would be to remove it and.
The guy at bender said around $50 hahahaahaha, I asked what the turn around time was and he said max 1 week. Ha
1 week went by after my tracking showed that they recieved it so I called them just to double check that everything was ok and they had my info. They said that they where working on it as we speek and it will be shipped out tommorrow and that we will call you tommorrow. So I waited 3 days and no phone call, so I called them back and the guy tells me that they are just working on it and it will be out on monday.
So I called back monday and got the same answer just working on it blah blah. waited untill the following monday and called them back the said It shoudl be finished, il give you a call back. No phone call now im getting pretty pissed of beeing lyed too.
Waited until thursday to blow off some steem called them back, and finally I got the conformation that it was finished and they are just waiting for the guys to bring up my paper work and we will call you tommorrow
so called the next day, and then they tell me they havent started it yet WHAT!!!!! . But it will be done on monday called them monday still not done waited another week called them back, they told me again we will call you tommorrow got no phone call so I called them. Not finished yet . Finally after the same thing back and forth , I called and it was done on a tuesday the 13 of nov, so i gave them my credit carn info asked how much and
I was supprised again $119 plus stud and shipping. WHAT thats over double the quote I was real pissed kept my cool for a change and was so fed up jsut paid them. Paid $30 for express shipping to get it to me by the weekend hahaha
weekend when by and no cycl following week went by and nothing. just recieved it today, turns out it wasnt shipped until the 19th
So let some it up
THE ONLY THING BENDER IS GOOD AT IS LYING AND OVERCHARGEING.
total cost for a broken stud $200
Could of bought another cycl....
oh ya I forgot they put down the value of the cyl and check off goods, so i had to pay $25 duty
After I told them to put down that they repaired my cyl
