The problem is Tim bender doesnt own bender racing anymore Rich Daly does. Rich acquired the buss. after Terry Paine who bought bender racing from Tim ran it into the ground financially. I would ask buffalobob for help, he spends alot of time there..

I have done alot of business with Rich Daly and know him personally as he lives only 20 minutes from me. He always was a good guy to deal with so maybe you should speak with him. I know i would surely get to the bottom of it if i were you.

ever since Tim Bender sold the business, it was all downhill from there....they can even replay to a simple email.....they advertise on the site the possible return of making v-max 4 quads if enough interest email them for details........me and a numerous other guys have not heard squat from them.....will I ever give them my business......don't think so!

so never got my call back from bender like expected called today and asked for Rich Daly and he was supposovly not there problem is Ive called so often they no who I am by my voice. So il cal back tommorrow and get a co worked to ask for Rich.

Doesn't Rich own Dynoport? You may want to try to call him there..Just a thought.
I talked with Rich at the NOVI snow show and stated that the "NEW" Bender Racing is a totally seperate company from any of his other business.
He may just have a very inexperienced "low" paid crew that is trying to get that outfit rolling again..

TI'm sorry about the BAD INFO!! I didn't know it was sold... Tim Bender was a stand up guy and it always put a smile on my face when we met.. I don't know the details, I'm sorry that you got treated so badly... Try and call the owner and see if he is a weenie or not!!!! if he's a weenie,,, naturally I will jump on the bandwagon!!! Last year I decided to order a clutch kit for my 98 700 XTC-P. I saved the 350+dollars and gave them a call and asked what the kit included.
They told me that it has both a primary spring and secondary spring, some tuning rivets, multi angle helix and even some engagement shims.
2 Weeks later when I got the kit all it had was a new helix and a bent primary spring....Thats it.
I immediately called them and asked whats up with that. The guy told me that was all that came in the kit. I informed him that I was not going to pay almost 400.00 dollars for a spring and helix. He told me to return it and he would credit my card. Thought to myself great no problem.
NOT !!!!
It took over a month and allot of phone calls to finally get my money back, and I mean allot.
I don't know if I would ever order anything from them again.
To bad MAXX PERF closed.

Sucks they screwed you too. My buddy ordered a clutch kit and bender can last year and it still dosnt have it lol.
Il I can say is Im done, they man have screwed me out of $100 but im goin gto make sure they loose 1000times that in business. Its going to be my personal vandetta.

Out of curiosity did you pay with a credit card? Might want to complain to them as well.

yes payed on credit card. Im just tiresd of been screwed around with them.

Until I read this thread I thought Bender would be the place to deal with.
I don't think I will ever deal with them again. Either the Canadian or american Bender.
But it does sound like they have been good to you. Hopefully they always will be...

If it were me I would call my credit card company and report a unauthorized charge. I bet bender will call you then and fix there f-up...
