SRX, NOT SXR................Tomseal, my eninge has been ported, heads shaved, squish angle tinkered with, Reed spacers and now the PI pipes (with the stingers). The engine had 152.5, and 42.5 on all three before the pipes where on. Now has 155, and 45 with the pipes
also any contact info for PI would be GREAT........

I was joking about coming to help me, lol. But anywyas. The carbs arent on the sled yet. Is there anything else i should look into before starting the sled, and tuning it?

lmao @ daman. Nik, that tuning should be fine for you and it should be on the safe end aswell. Just go out, hit the gas and look at the plugs. As long as your carbs are clean, the jetting should not cause you to melt down. Go enjoy the sled!

i'm running 152.5 with stock pipe ..ported .air box gutted ,i'm on the ritch side so....
I was running the same modsrx. and i had similar mods.
Daman... OUCH........ thats hurts. Just looking over it now, i was like timing chain, WTF. LOL.
But i hope I am all goodwith the jetting. I took the old phazer out for a little run today. Boy, do I miss the smell.

I was going through some old posts, and noticed I didn't get back at you guys. So here it is:
I took the sled out and melted the PTO side! Not really, Everything went well. the jetting was right on. So I went out for a weekend, and had some fun!

You might want to invest in a set of exhaust gas temp gauges.
I already bought one.

Go by both plug colour and EGtemps and you should be fine. My ported, airbox mod, v-force and Bender canned SRX7 has PTO-153.8, CENT. & MAG 152.5, fuel mixture screws 1.5 turns out is good down to -29C.
