Hey is your sled faster than the xcr do you like it.
The XCR is a quick sled, But i have never had both of them running at once!

I have a 00 SRX trail ported, clutched, 22/40 gearing with a bender cold-air kit and 150,148.8,148.8 for mains that only gets 6-8mpg. My old stock 98 got 12-14 and boy do I miss that. I find I'm always worried about making it to the next station when I ride now.

I burn about 1 gallon of fuel going 2000' and back, so probably not quite 1 mpg.

OO srx 780 simmons stage one mixed trail and lake running 10.5 to 11.5 m.p.g on the canadian gallon 4.5 litres all day.
^^ Thats awesome! My next mod on my sled will be a big bore, But not untill I blow this one up!
i get 15 miles per gallon.

What can be bringing my fuel mileage down so much? Other than my rich jetting. How many MPG do you think changing from 157.5 to 155 will make? Do you think that 155 mains will get me to 10 MPG for them 6-7 I'm at now?

NOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I am going to try and ease off a little with my thumb. I know i am a little throttle happy, and i could easily pull off 2+ MPG if I ride like an old man! lol, I will try it next season!

My 2000srx is only getting around 8-10 mpg and the motor is stock!
