This guy Mike May (mighty_18_mike) got in touch with me, via myspace...long story short...I will give him another 30 days to make good on it...Thanks for all who chimed in...
 
Blues I left ya pm. I found his house today. Knowone was there, I tried twice. I saw he talked to you on myspace. I f he doesnt come through let me know, I'll go again. Let me know what dealer he worked at to, I might know someone who knows him.

Well this leaves a real bad taste in my mouth...this T.Yer did in fact RIP ME OFF...last time I text this A**h*le was 14 of May. He's been online & read my text, but did not reply.

The reason I said it was in the mail was because I had my taxes done at that time, I had it all ready to go out that day and had every intention on sending it. Well just like every thing elts that month every thing that could possibly go wrong did.. I paid my rent and didn't know that my snap on tool payment was going out also.. so it over drew my checking. The reason I was even selling parts to Begin with was because my job I was at. I worked at Edinburgh marina power sports. It was a nice place to work but some *** hole from N. J. recently bought it and ****ed me over bad. It's all just been down hill from there. He herd I was looking for a new just (because he was a dick) so he fired me and told unemployment that I quit so I couldn't get unemployment. I am taking it to court but It just takes so long. now I'm losing my place and I'm having to move back in with my parents at the age of 24 and it sucks.. the thing is you are like the only one that I own so you are first on my list and I am doing every thing I can. I have work lined up so you will get the money and mirrors and your first on my list sense I have already lost everything elts. If you have ever been broke and owed money then you know where I'm coming from.

You can find out where the guy lives and try to call the local authorities and notify them that he is a scammer on the internet.
 
I looked on my space for moho and found it rather difficult to locate him. Do you have a more direct addy that we can go to ,too find him? Sounds like he needs some good ol' fashioned pressure (if you know what I mean) to get him to do the right thing. I can sometimes enjoy that kind of challenge.
 
He lives in NORTHVILLE, New York, I have his cell...but its not good. What is the prefix/area code for Northville. I would appreciate any intervention from fellow T.Yers that are from that area. His name is MIKE MAY AKA (mighty_18_mike). He lives with his Parents so I really didn't want to involve them!
 
Well first of all, if he originally had parts to sell, and you paid him, WTF does his problems have to do with anything. He had parts, you gave him money to ship. I'm not seeing his so called bs story as even an excuse. I will pm you the number to the NYS trooper barracks that is right down the road from where this kid lives. You need to call them and give them all the info, and tell them he is an internet scammer. Just as Mr. Sled stated. DO NOT LET IT GO.. call the authorities. If they don't want to do anything send a message to myspace, ebay, with his name etc. and let them know what a problem he has caused for you and the people that run this site. There is other people out there he could be screwing like you.

dude he needs to be straightened out by the authorities. He is probably a drunk loser redneck who thinks his shit don't stink.

As far as I know the courts around here only expect "sufficient time, and contact behavior" before legal action can be taken by authorities.. this meets that I'd say 5 months is plenty man. The biggest thing is you have proof from him that he took your money from all these myspace statements the loser keeps making, I guarantee you he thinks cause your in canada, and it's on the net only, that he can rip you off, and did obviously intentionally. Around here at least that's known as a criminal, make some calls.

well after reading that it pretty much proves my previous post. He think cause your in canada you aren't gonna do anything, and he is purposely riping you off, and had all intentions of that to begin with.
 
I had a problem with this guy as well, I told a friend about this site and buying things was always good, well wouldnt ya know he bought a skidframe from this guy and he basicly took forever shipping it with much the same excuses, "'its in the mail","been too busy", etc. I found out where he worked at that edinburg marina and I called there. It still didnt show up and I called the local police and told that officers name I spoke of to that Mike fella, amazingly the skidframe showed up. I wish you luck, he is relying on your blowing smoke, not going to do anything. Prove him wrong.
