This guy has done this to others. You need to go threw with it and press charges. If the trooper remembers him, and others have had the same problem, he didnt make a mistake, he is a crimnal. I know it can be hard but go through with it. Don't settle for the least and just an appolgy. Wait and see what happens and don't let him off the hook.

By the way were he lives is a small, nice mountain town. He shouldn't be allowed to give a bad name to that area. Do what you need to to make sure he doesn't just pay you back, but pays for his actions to you and others.
Hopefully this situation is good intuition to anyone who sells/buys on this site to know that we don't need bad apples here, and the ones who are we will team up and take em out!!

One excuse after another from this guy...talked to the state trooper twice, he's never home when the trooper goes over to this house...the D.A. tells me the amount is not large enough to pursue...but the trooper will keep at it, he tells me...
