really? the second pic looks like the right way to me and i have a spare block and im rying it out on that and it fits great in the groove inside! well i guess your right and have alot of experience with this!

well if u put your finger in the cylinder exhaust port .. and pull the power valve gently open u will see that the exhaust will be flush with the power valve....

I just cleaned mine today, Man what a differance in the way the sled runs !!!
way more responsive.
(I know you already got your answer but pic 1 is correct way)

jeepers creepers daman...now you are scaring me.Can't remember if mine are the right way or not.Could be the solution to all my problems. But I am sure mine are right.Got me thinking now...damn...have to go check them I guess.

lol...thanks for the info!
Tip for cleaning them...let them sit in bowl of seafoam overnight...then just take a utility knife scrap gently & wipe off...real easy...
what oil are you running?
Another tip is run 2oz of seafoam in your fuel (full tank) & 2oz in your oil (full tank) & you will notice that they stay a lot cleaner...cheers

SeaFoam

Just a note on the Seafoam. IT WORKS !!! If you use it as stated above ^^ regardless of the oil used your rings and power valves will remain free and clean. The stuff works if you use it often. Carbon SUCKS !!
