size idler wheels on srx

whats the sizes of idler wheels and bearings no i think they are 7inch and 5 inch but not sure anybody know

7 and 5.125, you can use 7.5 rears and 5.350 on the small(6) skid wheels, this will make a big differance in rolling resistance and make your hyfax last a long,long time.

what bearings are in 7 inch wheel and in 5 inch wheel , 6205 or 6004 and are they both the same bearing

are you looking to replace the wheels with larger ones?

you use polaris wheels for a indy from mid 80-90, they will come with plastic bushings in them, you just use the plastic bushings from your stock yamaha wheels and the polaris wheels will then be a direct bolt on.

on rear wheels, the 7.5 yamaha wheels wereused on the 79 srx440, it is a direct 20mm i.d. bearing fit to axle, however on the newer srx youll have to take a 1/8th inch off the spacers on axle because theold bearings are just a tad wider, the axle wont go all the way into the outside wheel where your axle nut goes on, just take 1/8th off and it fits like a glove.

the rear 7" wheels take 6004's the 5.125" wheels take 6205's .the upper rear idlers take 6205's and the upper front idlers take 6004's
