They are 15 3\4'' long from eye to eye. Yes they are the same mount like the srx. I just had them on my brother's srx to see if they fit because he had got fox flots for the phazer to put on his srx.

Im not shure how much it lifted the sled, but you might have to rebuild them because that is a heaver sled.

well how do you know if it needs rebuilt and how much to rebuild

You don't have to rebuild them but it would be wise to. They coast Any form $30 to $40 a shock.

Contact BETHEVIPER on this site he will steer you in the right direction to do the job right, he has acutal knowledge you want to listen too not like some posted above. If you need a set of Viper shocks, PM me I have a set of 02 take offs(New)cheap because they would need revalving.

What ExpertXViper said, here is the last I heard from BeTheViper. Go to Tech Frequently Asked and reply to sticky "interchange on suspension parts"
If you want to run Viper shocks on a srx, you need the proper brackets like BeTheViper has made or you "allegedly" could replace the bulkhead that the front upper shocks mount to with one from a Viper or SXR. I'm not so sure about the pipe clearance w/ that change tho.

viper shocks will not work on front, i tried it and installed a spacer on top to bolt the u end together but the shock was 5 inches longer than the srxs and you cant get enough adjustment from the front arms to line it up.

I would highly recommend talking with BetheViper. I long traveled my '01 SRX with Scott's brackets (they extend the top of the Viper shock up into the bellypan). He was my one stop shop for the radius rods, tie rods, shocks and trailing arms (my original T-arms were bent).
I made some plastic covers for the bellypan cut-outs and some spacers for the sway bar and am now in fat city. I only wanted to do this once and if you're looking to do the same, talk to Scott.
