Need to adjust my power valves on 01 srx but don't have the spendy connector to hook the servo to a battery. Was hoping their is somebody in here that could tell me which wires are positive and negative on the servo motor plug so i can make my own. I have a shop manual but can't find which wire is which.

save yourself the time and headache.Warm sled up,turn idle screw down so idle is below 900. The servo pulley in the housing will rotate counterclockwise and stop.Shut the engine off.Now you can adjust your valves.Put a mark on the servo pulley and one mark in line on the back of the unit. This is in case it moves when ur adjusting valves. You can turn the unit manually with vise grips in the future, just line up your marks.

doesn't it make it easier to hook them to a battery not hard to make one if knew which wire is which

This is the test port for the servo NOT the servo power supply connector, don't
mix up,,the test port is shaped like the pic.
Use 2 pieces of wire and 2 small fork type crimp on ends
Put the 2 leged fork on the positive wire (this goes to red wires in port)
Put the 1 leged fork on the negative wire (this goes to black wire in port)
simpler would be just idle it down to 900..

Daman,
So, it does not matter what order you do them in ?
Engine is off after you go below 900 rpm's and servo resets.?
Doesn't matter what position pistons are ?
