P-O spring, what slould i do or whats the problem can someone help me. thank you.

Typical

Those '94's need the updated flywheel, not all but some did have bad harmonics right in the rpm range that you operate. I had a 94 went through all of that and it went away when changed the flywheel

which year flywheel? thanks

flywheel

In 95 they went to the heavier flywheel. I know that worn shaft bushings could be the culprit but they will wear out faster than they should you know one thing leads to another.

I had a 95 VMAX 600 that ate rollers after about 4,000 miles. Then, new rollers every season at least. Finally swapped out to a newer clutch from a 2001 SXR 600 and no more problems. My advice: Get a newer design clutch.
