Through the years there have been some guys that have had problems with the temp a flow causing them to slowly eat pistons. What happens is they ride; stop for a dig out, bs, smoke, etc...; jump back on and away they go. What happens then is the compensator warms up due to the sitting and thus leans out the jetting. 2 miles down the trail it's cooled back to whatever the temp is and is working right again. Since the ATTAC is basically a temp a flw with an altitude comp too I'd assume that the same problem is possible.
Now before all the guys that have been running compensators for years without problems get all bent out of shape. Notice I said some guys. Been lots that have never had an issue and probably never will, but they ride differently than the above, or make an effort to not let the comensator over compensate.
