like i said above most manufacturers travel measurements don't actually equal out to true vertical travel, don't really know how they come up with their fantasy figures
I don't understand how the IQ skid works....does it move down in parallel or can it compress the rear shock without moving the front too much?
If the rear compresses while the front stays put, the rear wheels will move into the tunnel (moves 14")....if they move together, they move only 10" or so.
I have two different brackets made....one is mounted as in these pics and the other rear mount drops the back down an additional 2.5" or so (just below the radiator mount).
The install in this post is exactly like mine (5.5" drop from tunnel on both ends - 8.5" from driver flats) but I'm nervous that the rear will move independantly from the front shock and move into the tunnel area (with studs - not a pretty scene).
Is the Viper tunnel any different that the SRX tunnel?
The pic with the skid compressed is both shocks fully compressed.
Thanks for the help.

So ekmoor---did you get the IQ skid mounted and done in your sled?
How does it work?
How does it work?
Install complete...nothing hits. Shocks need to be rebuilt (bottoms way too much). Order x-click to tighten up the spring. Until I get the shocks straightened out, it hard to tell how well this upgrade works.

buy stiffer springs, did this to my sxr and put in the .421 springs and can double with it without bottoming it out, and i weigh 250 lbs
