I don't understand how the IQ skid works....does it move down in parallel or can it compress the rear shock without moving the front too much?
If the rear compresses while the front stays put, the rear wheels will move into the tunnel (moves 14")....if they move together, they move only 10" or so.
I have two different brackets made....one is mounted as in these pics and the other rear mount drops the back down an additional 2.5" or so (just below the radiator mount).
The install in this post is exactly like mine (5.5" drop from tunnel on both ends - 8.5" from driver flats) but I'm nervous that the rear will move independantly from the front shock and move into the tunnel area (with studs - not a pretty scene).
Is the Viper tunnel any different that the SRX tunnel?
The pic with the skid compressed is both shocks fully compressed.
