Tested the trueness of the crank yet?
IMO the most critical part of any 98-99 srx
 
Very nice work. I have a question about assembly. When you powder coat the fasteners, are you able to put them back together without chipping the paint off? Curious cuz I saw the bolts in the sway bar end links that you coated.

you can do fasterners. but you have to be careful when you tighten up i use a cloth over the bolt to protect it. powdercoat is flexable. but it will only take so much abuse like a wrench.
 
i am working on it again doing more powdercoating today
it is supposed to snow sunday here is a few pics the top pic is of my oven i have some go cart parts in there.

Looks good. We need to ride together this year finally. I know DV8 is down! Well he's normally up to riding anytime.
 
Brian do you still have my old windy? Hope so I need to get over there and cut the new one to fit b4 we ride.

Looks nice! I know I am in the process of doing a SX600 (I am in the working log also) One thing is after your done you know what you have and are Proud of it. Keep up the good work and keep thos pics coming.

same goes for you your machine is very nice i like the red color. tons of hard work should pay off. this machine is for my son he will be 12 soon and legal to ride the trails.
