The Skunk issue is gone for now.Won't sell the trap,took to long to build and perfect it.It's there for the next time.

Go to a local farm supply or feed store and get fly bait powder. Mix 4 teaspoons or so with coke a cola into a syrupy mixture in a shallow dish. The skunk will not get two steps away from the dish. But either will any other animal so you must be care where you put it. This works great for permanent removal of unwanted nuisance critters.

Yes this works great, and dogs and cats won't touch it. We have used Golden Marlin fly bait powder and pepsi (seems to work better than coke) for racoons, possums, skunks, and even an occasional woodchuck.

Don't breath the fumes when you mix it, it can make you feel ill.
