Looks like it should hold to me,it's actually quite similar to the type of repair I did to mine before I changed the skid for an SC10 II.

Keep an eye on it. Take a peak at it after every ride. Might as well blast it and paint it while you have it out.

yeah that's probably plenty, i way overkilled mine when i repaired it, like fourbarrel, i'm looking for an sc10, so it won't be a concern for me anymore

i actually did mine with even more gusset than mntmaxman600s, like i said probably way overkill, mine broke right at the joint so your gussets would work for my break anyway

Looks good, I would check out your center shock.
Hey check out this thread. I added the bearings, it works great! Get rid of the crappy plastic! That is what hammers the w arm so bad.
