The Boss seat at this time was just sitting on the tunnel. I since have added a Nitro tail light and properly installed the seat. Most of my focus recently has been to lighten the sled up as much as possible.

That looks SICK, although I don't really think that seat looks right on that sled.

I had a Viper seat on it before[see my profile picture] but I wanted to be able to move forward over the tank more for the stutter bumps and also the higher seat allows me to stand effortlessly. I made sure I installed the seat + new Nitro tail light so they can be quickly removed and the Viper seat reinstalled without any changes to the sled. I guess I'll know after the first few rides which set up works best for me.[ We usually do a 200-300 mile ride weekly]

I have the same seats on ours. I installed a LED light assy in the furthest back small pocket. Very easy and secure. The bracket also helps keep the seat from moving. Al

Very nice Bob. What's the ski width? Is it Viper, SRX, MM wide or other?

I've had a few stubborn ones that didn't come out completely, but like the others suggest a heat gun takes out most stress marks in the belly and bumper plastic.

Looks like a blast to ride.

Its wide at 43"...not so bad as its primarily a trail sled. I had to widen it out, with the Viper front + rear shocks, to get a balanced ride height.

Looks tuff! Im pondering adding some lightweight front end parts and a Boss seat as well. Im worried the new Boss seat will throw the cornering off with the ride height increased. I want my cake and want to eat it too;_)

Yes I am wondering about the higher C of G as well. Also the higher seat may be a LOT colder as well...I may have to use my high windshield and even go back to the Viper seat when we get into the real cold weather.[-25C and below]
