I tried to adjust the powervalves but must not be doing it correctly? I started her up and idled her down below to 900Rpm. I did all the steps that were listed in the link at the bottom of this post. Im using allen wrenchs for spacers. I loosened the adjusters at the servo and when i go to tighten them up the PV housings dont come together like it states in the post. Dont know what im doing wrong?

a way thats easier to adjust the valves is to take off the exhausts and fell up there with ur hand and just adjust them until flush.... thats what i did... it takes longer but find its alot easier then to do the 2.5mm alen key trick...

Not sure why ur housing isnt coming back together when u tight them though...

I figure you have a couple pull throughs Thats what happened to me! I couldn't get adjustment s set right hauled all apart and I had 2 pulled thru valves!

so when you start to tighten the adjuster bolts what happens?? what moves the servo pully or nothing?

no pulls throughs you checked for?

and the RIGHT way is Yamahas way(2-3mm) not feeling for in the exhust port, thats too tight adjustment.

When i pulled the valves out to clean them i disconnected them from the cables. So i would of known if there was a pull through or not. Ill pull the valves again tomorrow and see if the cables is still attached.
