rz500 said:At this point you would be best to remove everything and properly locate the hole. While it is out you can have the cooler tig welded. Where you drilled was straight into the cooler. The hole in the tunnel you found was for the old bleed screw in the cross over tube. I will post a photo with measurments on where I found my bleed screw to be.
