I am calculating my gas to oil ratio on my 600 based on yesterday's ride.Here is what I got.I used approx. 19 liters of fuel and 12 oz. of oil.What is my ratio.I figured 68 :1..am I right.If so I am to rich with oil.My gas mileage was only about 8.6 mpg (not what I like)

Sorry I have to give you a hard time since I had to learn all over again when I moved up here.....

I think you should be 1 tank of gas 1 quart of oil.....If I'm not mistaken

12 0z is equal to 340 ml as per my measuring cup. The oil cable is set at 20 mm also.That I had this dialed in last year as per daman,but it could of been with the SRX instead.I'll figure it out.

i got 55.8:1 with your #s blue, that would make it slightly lean on oil not rich
someone else chime in, don't know if i figured right
19litersx1000=19000ml
19000ml/340ml=55.8

I read some of daman's posts.The wider the gap =less oil.Guess I'll go back to spec to start off and monitor again.

aren't we striving for a 50:1 ratio.So if I pull out cable to 23 mm,you say I will be to lean.....

yes
50 parts gas to one part oil
so right now @ 55.8 parts gas to one part oil you are already a little lean on oil

I got 53:1 using my calculator,but anyway yea your in the sweet spot dont touch a thing.

you want to use 1 qt of oil per tank of fuel

19l of fuel is 5.019ish gals to 12 oz oil using a my oil ratio caculator i get 53.3:1 so dunno,lol

I swtich it over blue using my conversion calculators

19l of fuel is 5.0192689948 gals 5 gals

when i did it the first time i converted liters to ml then just used the 340ml blue posted
