Got my sled together today and here are some of the final pictures of it. I am going to list most of the stuff I did to my sled to make it look the way it does now.
1. Polished all pipes and the silencer, I also sprayed high temp paint on them to get rid of that rusty look.
2. Polished the belt guard and the spare belt guard holders
3. Polished the slide rails (hard to see in my pictures)
4. Sanded and polished my cylinders to give them that chrome look.
5. Polished my power vavles
6. Stripped and polished my chassis (long Process)
7. Polished our ENTIRE aluminum front end kit we make.
8. Polished my pull start
9. Chromed my belly pan braces
10. Chromed my bumper brace and hood bolt up piece
11. Chromed all of my hood grills
12. Chromed my hood hinges
13. Chromed my front springs on my ohlins
14. Put a viper seat on the SRX
15. Put viper rear shocks on my srx suspension
16. Hauck hand adjustable transfer rods
17. Put many of our light weight aluminum rear suspension parts in.
18. Sportech blue head light cover
19. 9830H track (Six Pitch) with 144 studs down the center
20. Our 10" carbide (longest lasting carbide)
21. Our aluminum tie rods (2)
22. Our aluminum radius rods (4)
23. Our aluminum trailing arms (Viper trailing arms to have it stand a little higher)
24. Our aluminum spindals
25. Our aluminum skis
26. Our aluminum steering links
27. Our entire aluminum sway bar kit (Unstoppable handling)
27. New rings for cylinders
28. Porting on exhaust port
29. Sprayed headers with high temp black paint
30. 110 watt light bulbs each (not really a mod...lol)
31. Totally cleaned up my sled!
And much more stuff that I cant remember I will try to add the stuff that I cant remember as time goes on.
Here is a list of some future upgrades to my sled as I finish it up!
1. Our belt drive system
2. Our nitrous express kits (15 shot boost per cylinder)
3. hyperlite clutch
4. Blacking out my sled like my brothers!
Others that I cant think of at this moment, I am almost done moding my sled!
Here are some pictures that I took today and will be my most recent pictures cause I am not going down tomorrow. Let me know what you think. I will also throw in some extra pictures.
Have I beat my brothers sled yet?...lol

2ooo: Those stud backers and track clips look pretty dull.
Just messing with ya man....thats a really sharp sled. Im sure it was a ton of work, but the outcome looks to be well worth it.

Hey brian, As of right now we have not made our belt drives for sale yet but will very shortly. Right now we only have one of these systems because we made it about 7-8 years ago, (my dad was way ahead of his time). When we start to sell the belt drive systems I will let you know asap. We might put it on my sled later in the year to test it out. It is a direct bolt on too. BTW, I will give you a call shortly and let you know of the status of your track but we already have the trailing arms all packaged up. Thanks for the compliment

BTW you guys, I am always talking about our lightweight parts that I put on and some time soon, I will put it on the scale for you guys and take a picture of the weight. I am not sure about this one but I believe a stock srx weighs 522 lb dry and I will show you the weight difference of mine. We are hopeing to be 30 lb lighter the the stock weight.
you have been busy mister.....;-)

Well since the contest is almost over I would pick 2ooosrx sled or topgunns sled they both look really hott. 2ooosrx you put alot of work and effort into that sled. How many hours did you put into just polishing lol. Also I got a question for you what type of polish did you use? I been using mothers but its not coming out like yours.

for most of my stuff I used a buffing wheel at our shop with a type of rouge compound and it seemed to work out nicely. After I polished everything with the wheel I went back and hand did everything useing some semi chrome. It came out with a real nice finish. I went over the front end with semi chrome also and the tunnel. With the tunnel I mostly used semi chrome with a buffer to rub it out. I dont even want to think of the hours right now, it took to long. The chassis probably took me about 5-6 hours alone because stripping it was a !@#$%. Just polishing everything I did might have taken around 25 hours. Thanks
hey guys where i work in the lab we make a awsome polish, the same stuff truckers use on the aluminum rims and tanks etc.. but you really should use a aluminum sealer to keep the shine lasting
