ok pulled out the harness no rub threw checked all wiring no rub threw. Checked all 3 white wires in harness up near the carbs under the big boot at idle around 4.5 volts reved up 6.8 volts. So I think the stator has to go any other things to check?

Those numbers seem very low. Cranking (not running) you should be at 9v, at 1800 RPM you should read 15v and at 3000 rpm you should be at 16v. Even those number are low. Should like the stator is shot, what are the symptoms?

I'll say this again and take the flaming if it comes. Most Vipers are due for a stator change. New stators has a different part number, which probably means they found something and fixed it.

tach reseting when i hit the high beam switch(both ways to high beam and low beam) and no hand warmers. Also my tors started acting up. I bypassed the carb switch cuz it was kicking in everytime i let off the throttle.

Yep, it's done. You could also test the resistance. Anything higher then 0.8 is too high.
