Can you fix worn powervalves? The top part is grooved and worn somewhat on the upper flat area. Not talking about the narrow face part. 
got a picture ? not exactly sure what part you mean
does it have the 4 or 5 groves worn into the bottom side of the valve ?

Yes i think thats it On the flats A mark that looks like where the valve slides in and out of the exhaust port.

It looks like wear from use almost 5000 miles on valves
no i cant fix that but i do have a set of cores on there way back from canada

They're cut for 800 kit, could you match them if I sent them to you?
let me get back to you on that ,,i personally cant but i got a good friend that runs a cnc machine shop ...i think might be able to ...can you post a picture of were its cut for the 800 ....i just did some 780 valves the other day and just the very botton edge was cut back valve face and valve body were untouched ...just need to see yours first so i know what part needs matched
