Your center to center distance between your clutches could be off too. Stock engagement isn't 4500. Its 3800. Sounds like your primary isn't stock, or you have major belt buildup in the primary, causing a possible binding issue.

Unlike the ZRT 600 that had to engage at 4800 to launch, these triples have so much more low end power. I ended up getting 1 good ride in with loaded 8DN's and a YSY spring and the engagement is crazy low, deff under 3k and it still launches hard--possibly harder due to less track spin...

what is a good tool to use for center to center distance mine is an aluminum block that slides between both clutches

i've been using the maxx perf tools in the past. they work, but are cumbersome IMO. i now like using the sled pro tool. its soo much easier to use.

thanks for all the help i plan on tearing it apart again this summer and try to remember all the great advice
