everyone here was taken!!!, hes not going to send some people stuff and not others, he wont send anything to anyone,its even on other sites, the links are listed.

you need to follow thru with filing charges,EVERYONE here needs to file on him, the U.S. postal inspector is a federal agency, this is a felony, not a slap on the wrist.

dont just complain about it, do something about it.

( I got stung for $325)he had the m/o on 9-3-10, hes not shipping stuff period. so just give up "the waiting excuse"

Last time I heard from him was on 9/29 when he PM'd me that everything was shipped. That also was the last time he was "on line" with the site. I know parcel post can sometimes take over a week......
 
is this the guy that fell off his pw-50 and got a few scratches, couldnt get a ride to the post office, i almost bought a few things from him, hope this azz hole gets the beating he deserve's, scumbags like that pizz me off, im in toledo with a ford excursion seats 8 plus a cooler full of beverages if anybody wants to take a cruz north ;)!
 
Ya I sent my money on 8-26 it was cashed 3 days later it was 150.00. I've had all the same excuses that he broke his leg and was trapped up north. My last pm from him was on 9-29 w/ what I think is a bogus usps tracking number. Like everyone else he seemed legit i even talked to him 2 times on the phone.
 
yeah after reading this is think this was a complete scam... im going to call that number at lunch, maybe ill get somewhere.... the part that pisses me off the most is i have wasted a month that i could have found another track
 
boy did I get lucky then ordering a complete re-built motor for my vintage Cat from Ohio to Winnipeg.It was a total of $650 delivered.Took a while to get here and was getting nervous.It was thru e-bay yet.I trust people..most of the time anyways.I know of a couple of past buddies who screwed me on jobs I did work on for them...they never payed me..and these were guys I knew yet.Not friends with them anymore.Out of about $800..screw them I say..

ps i called the guy over lunch and left him a voice mail saying that if he didnt get back to me in the next 1/2 hour i was going to file paper work like the rest of the people on TY already did..... you guessed it, no reply... then i proceeded to call him about 10 times in a row... i have a call into the fraud number posted earlier in this thread but they havent got back to me yet...

I Called the sherrifs department in quincy and got transferred to "central" (police im assuming) they are supposed to call me back within the hour... i will most likely be referring the officer to this thread so if everyone that sent money could please post your name, address, and telephone number, and what you bought for how much that would be great... if your afriad to post all that info then pm me

My case is probobly going to land this guy in some real hot water. Thats international mail fraud charges.
 
I sent him one M.O. for 275 for a complete SRX motor. Another for 275 for a set of SLP viper pipes with all the trim. And a third for 25 for a SRX cdi box. All sent between 8/30 and 9/10. Contact info Howie 203-231-3873.
 
sorry to hear about all your guys' losses. i was going to purchase some clutches and the complete srx motor from him, but when mrviper posted that he wasn't getting his parts shipped to him, that drew up a red flag to me and i backed out. glad i did. also, you guys can proceed w/the postal fraud charges like mrviper has asked you guys to do, but i'll $hit a brick if the postal service actually does something, as when i got hosed for $500 from "800" on here, they did nothing to help me. the first investigator that i called said that he couldn't do anything, cause he was too far away. the second investigator that i called, said she would write him a letter. wtf is that going to do??!! the last investigator that i dealt w/said too that it wasn't a case for them to deal with and that i was suppose to take it to the police. so i called the police department in Lake Villa, illinois, as that's where the theif lives and they told me that they couldn't help and that i needed to call my local police department. so, i called my police department and they said that it's too pitty of a case for them to deal w/and that they don't have time. wtf?? IMO, the postal investigators and police departments are F$%# en useless!! i'm going to be extremely surprised if any of you guys get your money back. i only buy parts now w/paypal, as there are too many douchebags out there now and paypal offers some sort of protection.
