that is why crime is on the rise for this sort of thing and for theft.The Police have no resources for this small time theft.So maybe someone should take a road trip and feed the guy some knuckles or burn the symbol "Y" on his lawn..
 

I talked with the local sheriff there in Mi. on Sunday, He told me that he has been at this guys house 2 times with no one home. and plans on going back there until He finds someone home. So beware back-on-blue they are after you. also I dont care what it cost I will find you and get my $225 out of you the legal way.
 
Wow, sorry to hear about the problems this jerk is causing. I was just about to send him a $300 money order for a set of SRX Ohlin shocks. Sure glad i saw this thread. This is such a terrific site with so many excellent people, we don't need dirtbags like this guy on this site. I hope he gets what he deserves. I hate dirtbag thieves like this guy.
 
Ya, I wish there was good way to flush these turkeys out before they take so many people for a ride like this guy did. I think next time I buy something on here from someone new or someone I don't know, I'm just gonna post a question in Parts or General discussion-- "has anyone done business with so & so?". Maybe we can shine a light on them before they get away with too much. Knock on wood, I've only been hosed (kind of) once on this site. People have been good for the most part.

Hello to all, I am Dodger on HCS and I was robbed as well. I paid this jerk 600.00 for a SLP engine,exhaust,y-pipe and can. I was given the same story as all of you and am just short of driving there and kickin some a$$. I can't afford to kiss 600 bucks away so I am at my wits end. I am losing all faith in humanity.
Tom it has been awesome emailing back and forth with you. I am a sourcing specialist by trade, so pursuing Mr. Flinchum has been interesting. I just wish I didn't have so much invested.
Anyway, if I can be of any more help I will gladly do it. I will be filing a complaint with the postal service soon. I have faxed MrSled my P/O money order receipt.

We all share the same passion here for sleds and all it takes is one idiot to cause problems, and i hope he gets whats coming to him. Maybe back on blue needs to be black and blue!!!!

ya he is a P.O.S he has been black n blue before some guy cracked his head open when he had a speed shop in southeast mi!!! he robbed my brother out of about $4500 on a sled!!! he goes to the novi snowshow every year and so do i!! my brother wont crack his because of karma but i dont believe in that shit!! any one going to the novi show n wants to know what he looks like let me know i'll gladly help ya out!!!! if he dont go to jail first
 
just sent my form back to the USPS, be sure to read it good, theres a few things that dont apply in this case. I simply marked the problem in the general category as "failure to provide". I hope they get all these forms and see the link thats its one punk doing this, it should get something done, as long as we all follow thru, its a felony for the $$$$ amount and he used the mail, and only would accept postal m/o's.

keep at it guys, I know its frustrating, same for me. I would like to deal with it in my own way too, but he isnt worth my time I will lose sittin in the michigan jail. He will get his.........

He sold me a sled with a JB Welded crankcase and told me it had a fresh motor!!! because of this site and the awesome people here I rebuilt my sled for about half price!!! We need to get rid of this guy and stick together to keep guys like this off this site, this is the only site like this I have found that hasn't turned into a glorified ebay!!!

I think it would be very effective for a group of us to attend the Novi Snowshow and try to find this guy!!!! NOT to do anything stupid, but to show him we have backbone and are willing to come together and confront scum and put a stop to their bastardizing OUR community!!! We might even be able to strongly encourage him to visit the local atms...... maybe drive him to his nearest bank branch!!!!

the thread in the general section here has the updates, 2 people so far have posted they got returned thier money. The guys got quite a list of people to return funds too. I am still waiting. :dunno:
