Yeah, this website and gauge really caught my eye. Considered running one water temp gauge on one side of the dash and one EGT of the identical style on the other side of the dash. Wasn't sure if these operated on 12 VDC or not though. They certainly look appealing...

I like mine a lot -- From Daytona -- it's electric and plugs right into the water rail on my Peak Performance Head. I hard wired it right to the wire for my brake light.
It also has a clock and lights up when the sled is running. It came with an internal battery that, believe it or not, is still on from last year! Slick little temp guage and works great.
I recommend this to anyone.

Truckkid42 said:i have an electrical and i don't need a rectifier. it reads my temp just fine. i have an .......... with a T fitting in between the coolant line. works just fine for me so far.
Mine is the same -- except mine is a Daytona. No rectifier needed.
1. Just plug the T fitting into the water rail (or coolant line),
2. Mount it where ever you want it, and
3. Then hardwire it to either your brake light wire (constant and works) or your heated grips. Now as I recall, I think I used the brake light wire (constant 12 volt)........
Here is my thread back then:
