Hey bluemonster in that picture of yours with all the bogey wheels did you change the little idler wheel size at all?
The black wheels are 7.5
The Blue are 5.350
The Aluminum ones are stock?
Also are all the bearings the same? 6204?
Thanks

the blue ones I show are Poo-laris sized wheel .LOL -->5.350".It requires a 6205 bearing. The 7.5 aluminum(78-79 SRX type) take a 6204 bearing. The shafts are different on both. 20mm rear shaft and 25mm idler shafts. The small wheels need no replacing. The rest of the info is in the thread.

So what is the final verdict?? I found 5.35x.750 wheels but thats an inside dia
of 19mm and yamaha wheels are 20mm i.d bearing?? So how do you fit the wheels on the little bit bigger shaft. However I did find the 7.5in wheels in 20mm at shadetreepowersports for $30.99.

you still buy the ".750 inside diameter" wheels, what you do is pop out the plastic spacer in the wheels and reuse the yamaha one into the polaris wheel, it will then bolt right onto your yamaha. simple as that.
get the 5.350" diameter wheels with the .750" inside(thats just the plastic spacer diameter)

I got 4 of these blue idler wheels off Ebay. They were listed as a SRX wheels but I now have my doubts. They are labeled 5.125 and have a 6004 bearing in them. They came with 3 of the nut/spacer things I am holding in the picture. Can anybody identify what the nut/spacer came off of? I need to get one more.
