my stator went out from water ridin and i bought a new one but it still dosent have spark help

Water reaks havok on any electrical system and if it shorted bad enough to damage a stator you probably have other issues as well. I would check all your wiring for shorts, if it all checks OK you could have a CDI issue. There are usually used CDIs available on EBay.

its good until it sinks..lolll.Why would you skip water with an SRX yet...was doing it with my 600 one year and the belt got wet and I almost didn't make it out....

SPI makes an aftermarket CDI for the red heads for $150. Yamaha is $500.

It is plug and play. It will also work on the older single headlight 700's, but the engine temp light will not work.

Couple of stupid twats!!!!! Where are their helmets? And if you going to play on open water like that, you better have a rescue line with you! The idiot walking out on the thin ice could have easily fallen through! Sht happens... be prepared for it

pretty scary for that kid, you could see the fear on his face, the sled at that point was last on the list.

that happened to me when I was a kid, my dad told me to stay off the pond, there wasnt enough ice yet...............you know where I went, because it was fun to spin around doing brodies, well, I fell thru also, thankfully it was only in about 4 ft of water, but I still got grounded for a month off the sled right dead in the middle of a big snowy winter....lol

never been much for water crossin since then, this video reminds me all to well......... :brr
