LIFE MEMBER ONLY ONCE!!!
if it is not one thing..it is another thing...why don't they build them better for petes sake....
Ran my 600 today, put on nearly 50 miles. All was ok until I was like 20 miles from the house..the temp light goes on.Now I was doing some long wot pulls on the river with like 5 to 6 inches of snow on top....that is fine.I stop to check right exchanger..it feels hot..so I drop the scrathers and start riding in the deep undriven snow.Light still remained on for a while..got concerned now. Finally it stops flickering and goes off.I basically keep the speeds down until I got home..running ok yet..I get in the driveway and stop the sled..let it idle for like 30 seconds and light comes back on....
The engine heads are HOT to the touch.I shut it down. Both side exchangerrs and rear one are cold..wtf now!!!Hose from head going down to exhanger is hot..hose from the water pump that goes under the clutches to the left exchanger is cold. Now what is going on here. This sled was bleed some nearly 800 km's ago and all of a sudden no circulation...WHY would this even happen now.??The hose connected to the pump..is that the intake hose..and the pump pushes coolant back up to cylinders and back to the right exchanger and around again..
I will have to try bleeding the system again..but why would this even be an issue now..don't understand this..could of melted my motor today...
