That looks great , I'm going to do that to the one solid hood vent on my srx. The rest are white and I think it would be too much if that was white as well. This will be perfect though.

Did you use krylon fusion for plastic or just normal paint?

thanks for all the good comments guys! i went with just the indoor/outdoor krylon and it seemed to work well. good luck with yours!

UPDATE: i got all the edging glued on last night and it looks really good now! pictures to come soon.!

all done with the trim!! lol!! oh and i ordered a 3"X3" white tuning fork decal that is gonna go right in the middle of it. should look pretty sick

ill get pics of that this weekend....unfortunatly the sled is stored 2 1/2 hrs away which makes working on it very difficult . so im going up this weekend and ill get pics of the new w/s and hand gaurd pieces.. thanks guys!!!!

wow...... lets recap this feasco for a moment

1: used the wrong clear coat and messed up paint
2: wet painted windshield falls in grass

and now....

3: the windshield doesnt fit my sled

so would i be correct in assuming that the single bulb and the dual bulb windshields would be a different shape??? i have a 02 srx.
