check to see if the shoulders on the bolts in the back of the secondary are worn off. if not remove a shim to open the secondary a little more

700scott is right, Also check the plate on the opposite sheeve of the bolts for wear. You can flip it if it is. Soc

Hey Guys. I put a new belt on my 700SX and it creeps ahead now. The belt is sitting slightly below the top of the secondary, and I've removed all the washers from the three bolts. Is there anything else I can do to adjust this more?
What do you mean when you say take the plate off and flip it over? And what do you mean by the "shoulder of the bolts" worn off?

There is a brass colored plate on your secondary. It is where the 3 deflection bolts hit. If the plate has and detents where the bolts are hitting it then you should flip it to have a flat surface again.
Check the 3 deflection bolts When talking about the shoulder worn off it just means that the end of the bolts are worn down.
Hope this helps.

It helped a LOT. Both those problems were evident on my secondary. Thanks for your help, and Merry Christmas everyone!
