Im working on my neighbours sled for him. its a 2003 700 venture. he told me it needed some suspension work, needless to say its more than suspension work. The speedo bearing let go and they drove it for god knows how long which ruined the bottom bearing on the chaincase also. I told him i could fix it no problem. for the gearing on the sled will any gears work from 97-03 or is it just certain years. any input would be greatly appreaciated.
13 wide, 15 wide, HYVO, non-HYVO, you have to get the matching gears & chain. Would have to look at what you have now.

what about just swaping out the whole thing, case gears chain , everything. i can get one for a good deal
it should have hyvo chain and gears in it. You can swap everything out with another pro action chassis chaincase and any year chain and gears if you use them as a set.

I'm sure Don is probably right.....it's probably HYVO. But if you find out it is not I have a set of non-hyvo reverse gears I'd see ya cheap.

thanks for your help Don. Madmatt i found a complete chaincase with hyvo gears for 125 bucks here where i live . thanks
