We are planning on loading up and heading to The Iron's area this weekend. Anyone else going North?? Snow is marginal, but ridable. Al
 
thinking we might go to cadillac area, gona wait till friday and try to get a trail report before i head ;)! up
 
and you told me the snow would come..just be patient....ok still waiting and Spring is around the corner..lol Looks like this season is out....we are going into a deep freeze tonight with -40 plus wind chills...not sledding weather anyways ..can't win this time around.......you should see the dealers here slashing $6000 to $7000 off 2012 Apex's..man oh man they are hurting now...

atleast you can say you don't have enough snow meaning you atleast have some!!

Heading to my buddy johns place at otsego lake tomorrow. He knows the off trail stuff and say's its looking good. SO VERRRRRY excited for the first ride of the year. YIIIIPEEEEEE !!!!!! Tip up town starts this weekend also so it may be pretty busy up that way. But not where were going!!!

To the cabin in Whitecloud friday night. Should make the Oak Grove Saturday afternoon and back to chase then close the loop. Hope what little snow there is holds.

I lived 10-12 miles west of otsego lake and we are prettu well good to go anywhere around here with another lake effect storm blowing threw as we speak! Thinking the SRX will be out ripping it up friday!
 
Friday A few freinds and I are heading to Souix Narrows for some double cheese burger platters then heading home....approx 220miles return. As always my SRX is at least 8 years older then the other sleds and one of the few 2 strokes.
Need Yamaha to build somethig that will entice me off this SRX...a tough challenge!

Really no problems, actually we are heading 4 hrs North, Soooo that 17.5 hrs is cut down to only 13.5 hrs. lol
 
Blue, load up that sled and at least go to Houghton Hancock area, 11. 5 hrs. Heck, thats closer than we travel, and the snow is perfect. Al
 
I'll be in Hurley Tomorrow night until Saturday night. Blue, if I can drive 8.5 hours NW of you to go fishing, you can make it to Wisconsin.

You must of left the house. I phoned earlier and there was no answer or was American Idol that good? :hide:
-41c windchill :D:DP . What do you think the windchill is on your Srx down the river doin a 100mph+ at -25c? Its gotta to be close to -70c windchill :brr
