As far as I know they all came with that. My 98 and my 01 had it.

ok then..but o2 doesn't have them..the 02's were faster so they didn't need that duct at all..lol

02 should have it too. previous owner must have took yours off

saved weight I guess.I don't need it as I always pin it and never brake anyways..lol

maybe mine is attached to the hood,so when you raise the hood it doesn't show up over the brake area..
