Here's the moded sex Reed blocks. Also I ported the sx carb boots so there is a smooth transition between the boots and stuffers.

Got the new skid in today. Only drilled two holes in the wrong spot but all in all it was an easy swap.

looks good. I would put a few more rivets in those relocated plates.

you remebered to use a nice thin layer of yamabond on the case seam right? cant see it in the pic.

Yes. And a little anerobic on the edges of the crank seals. For a little piece of mind. Thanks don. The case looks awesome.

Well got the top end back from don today. And it looks awesome. Well got busy and started outing it together. Also got the fuel tank cleaned out new filter and pickup tube. And installed xtc radius rods and venom tie rods to finish the long travel front. The motor will be going in tomorrow and heading north Sunday to find snow and tune this thing. I'm going to be in munising for a week trip starting the 23rd so its gotta be ready for a week of riding.

Looks good. Just bustin your stones a bit here. Have those nice shiny jugs and you put those rusty nuts back on jug and head. What the hell dude??? I understand you been working on this forever and sure you just want to ride. Get us some pis when done

Well it runs went through its first heat cycle about an hour ago. Everything went realty well. The squish was .067 and good to go. I do another heat cycle in a bit and then rip it down the yard to check the jetting.
