Pic lf what I have now im am a pretty big dude 6ft 3. 300. Lbs. Watched the 45 min tech video still spajish to me
 
assuming youre sitting on it there?can adj rfa lower,adj those transfer rods higher,increase rear spring preload,,check for cracked,broken swingarms,not much total gap there?
 
That thing looks like it was set up for the drag strip with that little transfer. At 300lbs it might be time for the stuffer spring. Could try running the full rate adjuster in the stiffest setting for now.
 
I am no suspension expert but just a word of caution. After you get your suspension set up be careful if you trail ride with a lot of transfer (more lines showing on top of the adjusters). If you bottom out hard when it's set on max transfer you will break your W arm. Been there done that twice.
 
Found the strap adjusters are unhooked? Another questio what is the on off knob for on the coolant rail?
 
I am assuming you are looking at the carb heat on/off switch or valve.. Gives your carbs heat to stop them from freezing up.. Leave mine on all the time. Turn to on position and you should be good unless you run your sled in very warm temps..
 
Also found missing parts on the skid bolts missing in the w arm that attaches to the skid on the left side ,missing bolts on the arm behind it on both sides,missing inner idler wheel on right side, texted the guy i got from he said he had no problems with it. Apparently he never looked under it,but he put a new track on how do you miss that stuff
 
probabaly didnt know what he was doing and thought things were good enough.. I would raise the rear of the sled and drop the skid and go through it front to back and top to bottom after seeing this.. Takes a little time but you will get a much better ride and have peice of mind knowing the skid is done..From the pic your skid is NOT right.. There are tech pages for setting up your skid for you and weight.. Ask questions and everyone here is great at helping..
 
Thanks i bought the sled just to ride around when we get snow,the way it is now im thinking its just going to tear everything apart track is brand new but not for long the way it is , you will piss blood if ya ride it for too long i did a few changes so now the back of the sled moves when you push it down and comes back up but still gotta put missing parts, and etc. Pro action is not the beelst or even close piss poor design
 
No Pro Action skids are not the greatest, but I did manage to set mine up pretty good for my style of riding and weight. I had my shocks revalved and done, did some tweaks here and there and played after each ride. A few guys I ride with have taken it and they think it is pretty good.. Going to swapout my 121 for either 136 or 144 for next year smoother ride and can get into that deeper powder..lol..
 
Lots of snow here.. Sorry you dont have much there.. Yes it is possible you have only one wheel.. Most people put a second one on and it really doesnt cost that much, a little time and there are guys on here that can sell you the kit..
 
Anyone know the size of the nuts on the strap adjuters i want to pick some up before i go work on it
